Indoors 

The house was completely renovated in 2023 by renowned architect Vera Sanchez Guasch to the highest standards of comfort and elegance.
The communal areas benefit from special attention to decoration, with plants and decorative objects carefully chosen to enrich the interior ambience. All the living areas are bathed in light, thanks to the large bay windows that provide a seamless transition between indoors and outdoors. The spacious living room is a sanctuary for relaxation, with its soft sofas and contemporary décor enhanced by local works of art. The adjacent dining room features a large convivial table, ideal for enjoying meals with friends or family.
The house has air conditioning (everywhere except bedrooms 3 and 5, which have fans).


Outdoors 

The outdoor area, with its deckchairs and lounge chairs, is ideal for relaxing.
The vast upper terrace is the perfect place to watch the magnificent sunsets over the sea. The main terrace features an elegant pergola, under which a lounge area and large dining table allow you to enjoy the fresh air while being protected from the sun. The outdoor kitchen, equipped with a plancha grill, is perfect for preparing meals al fresco.
To top it all off, the swimming pool (11 x 3m - depth: 0.8 to 1.8m) provides a pleasant space to cool off and enjoy the sunny days.
You can also reach the sea by descending the urbanisation stairs (100m).


Location

Conveniently located, the villa offers the perfect base from which to explore the island of Menorca. Just a 10-minute drive from the historic centre of Mahon, you can easily discover the cultural and gastronomic delights of the area. Just a 5-minute walk away are the pontoons of Cala Llonga, offering boarding facilities for memorable excursions around the island. The superb beach of Sa Mesquida, known for its turquoise waters and peaceful atmosphere, can also be reached in 10 minutes by car. What's more, a charming fishing village nearby offers authentic marisco paella and grilled fish, for a total immersion in the local culture.
